WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing fifty-two (52)
bleacher sets for use in the new Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, John Dollinger, Jr., Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of Fourteen Thousand_. Ninety and N0/100 ($14,090.00) Dollars for the
52 bleacher sets for use in the new Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by John Dollinger, Jr., Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifi-
cations and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of John Dollinger, Jr.,:Inc. in the amount of $14,090.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said bleacher sets upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
