RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing two (2) portable dump
bodies for use in the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Alex Fiegelson Company submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Five Hundred Forty -Nine and 68/100 ($1,549.68) Dollars for
the portable dump bodies for use in the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the.bid submitted
by Alex Fiegelson Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Alex Fiegelson Company in the amount of $1,549.68 be ac-
cepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said portable dump bodies upon acceptable
delivery.
