RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby authorized, to
make payment to Shin-e_k, Roming, Jacobs & Finklea, Consulting Engineers,
for assistance in study of application for rate increase by Entex in the
amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty -Five and 83/100 ($5,825.83)
Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
