RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) Trash Trailer
for use in the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Alex Feigelson Company submitted a bid.in the amount of
Eight.Thousand One Hundred Three and No/100 ($8,103.00) Dollars for the
Trash Trailer to be used in the Solid Waste Deparbnent; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Alex Feigelson Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Alex Feigelson Company in -the amount of.$8,103.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Trash Trailer upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
