RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for making necessary repairs to a
Trash Trailer used in the -Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Audilet's Trailers submitted a bid in the amount of
Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty and No/100 ($3,560.00) Dollars for
repairs to the Trash Trailer used in the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Audilet's Trailers is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEITIORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Audilet's Trailers in the amount of $3,560.00 be ac-
cepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said repairs to the Trash Trailer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
