RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) Step Van
for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Ccrnpany submitted a bid in the amount of
Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty -Four and 56/100 ($4,954.56) Dollars
for the Step Van for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Beaumont Motor Company is the lowest and best bid meeting specifi-
cations and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Motor Company in the amount of $4,954.56 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Step Van upon acceptable
delivery.
