RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing curb stops for the
Water Department Inventory (82-1300); and,
WHEREAS, Municipal Supply Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Three Hundred TWenty-Five and 34/100 ($1,325.34)
Dollars for the curb stops for the Water Department Inventory
(82-1300); and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid from
Municipal Supply Company is the lowest and best bid received and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Municipal Supply Company in the amount of $1,325.34 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment upon proper delivery.
