RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing corporation stops
for the Water Department Inventory (82-1300); and,
WHEREAS, Universal Palestine submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -One and 50/100 ($1,531.50). Dollars
for the corporation stops for the Water Department Inventory (82-1300);
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid from
Universal Palestine is the lowest and best bid received and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Universal Palestine in the amount of $1,531.50 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment upon proper delivery.
