RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received on May 20, 1975, for various types
of traffic signal equipment; and,
WHEREAS, said equipment will be purchased on the Traffic Signal
Inventory Account (1505) and distributed and billed to various projects
within Traffic Signal Construction funds; and,
WHEREAS, Signal Engineering Company submitted a bid in the amount
of Five Thousand One Hundred Twelve and No/100 ($5,112.00) Dollars for
various types of traffic signal equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Signal Engineering Company is the lowest and best bid received and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Signal Engineering Company in the amount of $5,112.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment upon proper delivery.
