RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit XIII, has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving said addition, which streets in this addition are as follows:
and,
Ascot Lane from the South line of Lot 5,
Block 24 Southward to the intersection of
Ascot Lane and Hialeah Drive;
WHEREAS, the developer of said addition is desirous of having these
improvements acceptedand maintained by the City; and,
W-HERFM, the Directors of Public Works and Water Utilities Depart-
ments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent
maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements serving`
Dowlen West Addition, Unit XIII as above described, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained
by the said City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the�/10Q
