BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement on behalf of The City of Beaumont with L. E. Kojak,
the developer of Gulf Terrace Addition for City participation in
the paving of a section of Gross Street and a section of Shelby
Street, at a total estimated cost to the City, including engineer-
ing, of $16,000.00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of The City of
Beaumont with Matt M. Racki, Consulting Engineer, for the necessary
engineering services for City participation in the Gross Street Par-
ticipation Paving Project.
