BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEALWNT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
of the State of Texas for improvements on the section of Eleventh Street
from Smart Street northward to Interstate Highway 10; with the City's share
of said cost not to exceed $16,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
