RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to amend the
contract with the Beaumont Economic Development Foundation to change
the term from January 1, 1976, to December 31, 1976, to nine (9) months
period January 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, to coicide with the
City's fiscal year.
