RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a formal
acceptance of Texas Criminal Justice Grant No. AC -75-A02-3508, in the
amount of Thirty -Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy -Eight and No/100 ($35,278.00)
Dollars entitled "Police Public Services Bureau", designated for the City of
Beaumont Police Department.
PASSED'BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
