RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement
with Louisiana Pacific Corporation in the form attached hereto and made a part
of this resolution for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.

WHEREAS:, the City of Beaumont, herein called "City" and Louisiana

Pacific Corporation, herein called "Ccxnpany" agree as follows:
W I T N E S. S E T H:
City , does hereby grant to Companythe right to cross a portion of
the property belonging to,City known as Tyrrell Park upon the area shown as
"prpposc-d access area" on the plat attached hereto and made a part hereof
for all purposes. Company may cross the said proposed access area only.upon
the spoil bank of Willow' Marsh Bayou.- Tlle right to' cross said park land
shall be for a maximtn period of five (5) years or until such time as Company-
ceases logging operations on the property adjacent to Tyrrell Park, whichever.

Company agrees to use said access in its logging operations only, .
and to route its vehicles to and from said land by the use of Frint_Drive
and Interstate Highway 1.0 only. Should Company use any other_ streets or
highways for its logging operations as descri_lx�d herein, this agreement shall
automatically terminate without any Diction on the part of the City.

Company agrees to maintain Frint Drive in as good a condition as
That existing on the date of execution of this agreement. The decision of

The right of access granted by this agreement may be terminated
