RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase comprehensive liability
insurance in the amount of Thirty One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Six and
No/100 ($31,386.00) Dollars, and comprehensive automotive liability insurance
in the amount of Seventy -Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty One and No/100
($74,831.00) Dollars from Home Insurance Company for the period of January 1,
1976, through January 1, 1977.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
