WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing a shell contract for
various City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Keown Supply submitted a bid in the amount of Four and
97/100 ($4.97) Dollars per cubic yard for ninety (90) days for the shell
contract for various City departments; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Keown Supply is the lowest and best bid received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMNT:
THAT the bid of Keown Supply in the amount of $4.97 per cubic yard be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized
to execute said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
