RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) additional
staff car for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Company submitted a bid in the amount of
Four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety -Five and 55/100 ($4,495.55) Dollars for
the one additional staff car for use in the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Beaumont Motor Company is the lowest and best bid received and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Motor Company in the amount of $4,495.55 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized
to make payment for said staff car upon proper delivery.
