WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing an annual maintenance
agreement for IBM typewriters and dictation equipment for use in all City
departments; and,
WHEREAS, Precision Office Products, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of Four Thousand Fifty -One and 95/100 ($4,051.95) Dollars for the
annual maintenance agreement for IBM typewriters and dictation equipment
for use in all City departments; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Precision Office Products, Inc. is the lowest'and best bid received
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Precision Office Products, Inc. in the amount of $4,051.95
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
