RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Wilbur Smith and Associates have requested final payment
for the completed study of Traffic and Pedestrian Safety, said study having
been funded 100 percent by the Governor's Office of Traffic Safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be and he is hereby authorized to make
final payment of One Hundred Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty and N0/100
($107,130.00) Dollars to Wilbur Smith and Associates for said study.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
