RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEALMNT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute .all
documents necessary to apply for the first phase of a two-phase grant from
the Governor's Office of Traffic Safety. Said first phase to consist of
reimbursing the City for staff time involved in the preparation of a bar-
ricading ordinance and materials required to construct an adequate number
of conforming barricades for our use in the amount of Twelve Thousand Five
Hundred ($12,500.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
