RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, only one bid was received for furnishing an annual
maintenance agreement on the closed circuit TV equipment in the Police
Department, said period of agreement will run January 27, 1976, through
January 26, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, Coastal Electronics Ccnnpany submitted this bid in the
amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy -Seven and 10/100 ($1,877.10)
Dollars for annual maintenance agreement on the closed circuit TV equip-
ment in the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Coastal Electronics Company is the only bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coastal Electronics Company in the amount of $1,877.10 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to execute said maintenance agreement and make payment
out of funds from the Building Maintenance Account for equipment repair
(16-415).
