RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) Swimming Pool
Filtration System for the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, Buddy Hamilton Pools submitted a bid in the amount of
Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Two and 60/100 ($3,692.60) Dollars for
the one Swimming Pool Filtration System for the Parks Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Buddy Hamilton Pools is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Buddy Hamilton Pools in the amount of $3,692.60
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Swimming Pool Filtration System
upon proper installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
