RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing three (3) dual cab
3 cubic yard dump trucks for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, Tidelands International Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of Thirty -Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty -One and 51/100 ($34,461.51)
Dollars for the three dual cab 3 cubic yard dump trucks for the Water
Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Tidelands International Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting speci-
fications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Tidelands International Inc. in the amount of
$34,461.51 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said dump trucks upon
acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �h�Q
