RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) Stump Remover
for the Parks Department; and,
WHEREAS, Vermeer Sales of Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
Six Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty -Five and No/100 ($6,985.00) Dollars for
the one Stump Remover for the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Vermeer Sales of Texas is the lowest and best bid and should be ac-
cepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Vermeer Sales of Texas in the amount of .$6,985.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Stump Remover upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the LA
day of 1976.
