BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and the City Clerk to
attest to a permit granting to the Butler Drilling Corporation the right to
lay, maintain, operate, replace, or remove a pipeline crossing Frint Drive.
approximately 0.4 of a mile east of Fannett Road with a temporary two (2)
inch gas line under the terms and conditions as set out in said permit.
