RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
a Traffic Signal Agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation for the power costs, installation and maintenance of the
traffic signal at Eastex Freeway and Crow Road, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the plans for said traffic signals.
