RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of five (5) 20 -cubic
yard rear .loader packer bodies for use in the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Pak -Mor. Manufacturing Company submitted a bid in the
amount of Sixteen Thousand and No/100 ($16,000.00) Dollars for the five (5)
20 -cubic yard rear loader packer bodies for use in the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the -bid submitted
by Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pak -Mor Manufacturing Companyin the amount of $16,000.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said packer body equipment upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of M Lull 1976.
