RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1)
25 -cubic yard front loader packer body for use in the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Perfection Cobey submitted a bid in the mount of Fifteen
Thousand Four Hundred Forty -Nine ($15,449.00)'Dollars for the one (1) 25 -
cubic yard front loader packer body for use in the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Perfection Cobey is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: c
THAT the bid of Perfection Cobey in the amount of $15,449.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized
to make payment for said packer body equipment upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of -Beaumont this the
