BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with Gulf Oil Corporation for a year's supply of low lead and premium gaso-
line for City vehicles and equipment. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said contract; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Union 76 Division Union Oil Company of
California for a year's supply of diesel, kerosene and oils and greases for
City vehicles and equipment. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to said contract and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
