BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to make application for writ of error in the Supreme
Court of Texas appealing the decision of the Court.of Civil
Appeals in Number 7755, Freeman Royer, et al v. Ken Ritter,
et al.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
