BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue a permit to drill
and operate an oil,and/or. gas well to Prairie Producing Company, sub-
ject to the provision by Prairie Producing Company of sufficient off-
street parking for all vehicles used at the drill site, said well to
be located as described in the plat attached hereto and made a part
of this resolution for all purposes; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that insurance shall be provided the
City of Beaumont as set out in the.ord.inances of the City of Beaumont
by Prairie Producing Company at a minimum'of One Million and No/100
($1,000,000.00) Dollars per occurrence for personal injury and pro-
perty damage; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond for said oil and/or gas
well is _hereby set at Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dol-
lars.
