BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Howard McDaniel,.be and he is hereby, autho-
rized to execute a contract with Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire and
Associates for the preparation of an "Accident Analysis System",
said contract to be in the amount of Seventeen Thousand and No/100
($17,000.00) Dollars which said amount'is to be completely.funded
by a grant from the.Governor's Office of Traffic Safety.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of.the City of Beaumont this the
