WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
two (2) levels for'use by the survey crews of the Engineering Depart -
went; and,
WHEREAS, White Blue Print -Company submitted an informal bid
in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred Fifty -Nine and No/100
($1,159.00) Dollars for the two (2) levels for use by the 'survey
crews of the Engineering Department; and,
-WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by White Blue Print Company is the best bid and should be ac-
cepted;
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE,IT'RESOLVED BY.THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT. the bid. of White Blue Print Company in the amount of $.1,159.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said levels upon acceptable
delivery.
