BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized
to make payment to Mr..J. C. Cobb in the amount of One Hundred Thir-
ty Seven and No/100 ($137.00) Dollars as the appraised value of a
drainage easement across Lot 32, Block 8 of Home Addition, which said
drainage easement is necessary relative to the Home Addition Assess-
ment Paving Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
