R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1)
160 CFM.at 100 PSI air compressor for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Heatley Equipment Company submitted a bid in the
amount;of Six Thousand Four.and No/100 ($6,004.00) Dollars for the
one (1) 160 CFM at 100 PSI air compressor for the Street Department;
and,
WHEREAS, -the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Heatley Equipment Company is the best bid and should be ac-
cepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Heatley Equipment Company in the amount of $6,004.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for'said 160 CFM at 100 PSI air
compressor upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
