R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney, or his designee be, and he is hereby, autho-
rized to commence negotiations with Alvin Randolph, for the purchase
of the East one-half of Lot 11,.Block 2, Flowers Addition of the City
of Beaumont by offering the owner the appraised value of said property
in the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 ($1,400.00) Dol-
lars.
