BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an Assignment of
Judgment Lien heretofore filed by the City of .Beaumont against Wilfred J.
Fournier, et al, in Cause No. D-101017, in the 136th District Court of Jefferson
County, Texas, to TEXAS BANK OF BEAUMONT.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
