BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That City Manager be, .and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to negotiate an agreement with Bella Company
to serve as Construction Manager for the construction of
'the Civic Center. Complex.
