R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment to
Hall & Hall Real Estate in the sum of One Thousand. One Hundred Fifty
and No/100 ($1,150.00) Dollars for reappraisal of Pt. Lots 557 & 558,
Block 4, Lots 564-568, Block 5, Old Town of Beaumont Addition, in the
case styled City of Beaumont v. J. E. O'Fiel.
