R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an emergency situation has arisen due to an unfor-
seen condition, whereby glass has to be purchased to replace broken
glass in one of the windows of the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Binswanger Glass Company installed the glass ori-
ginally in the windows of Beaumont Public Library and has some match-
ing pieces already cut, and the City Council is of the opinion that
this.glass should be replaced and purchased from Binswanger Glass
Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment to
Binswanger Glass Company in the amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred
Ten and No/100 ($2,210.00) Dollars for the purchase and installation
of glass to replace broken glass in the Beaumont Public Library window.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
