R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to reimburse Union.
Texas Petroleum Company in the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred
Two and 85/100 ($5,402.85) Dollars for the adjustment of two exist-
ing oil lines owned by Union Texas Petroleum Company due to the pro-
posed construction site of Florida Street CIP Project No. 11 -ST -08.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
