R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Caldwood Forest, Blocks 10, 11, 12
& 13, has completed the water, sanitary.sewer, storm sewers and pave-
ment improvements serving said addition, which streets in this addition
are as follows:
and,
Briggs Street from the north line of Lot 12,
Block 11 to the south line of Lot 22, Block
11;
Rosine Street from the north line of. Lot 11,
Block 10 to the south line of Lot 1, Block
10;
Ducote Street from the south line of Lots 3
& 4, Block 12 to the.south line of Lots 1 &
7, Block 12;
Sunbury Drive -from the west line of Lot 1,
Block 13 to the east line of Lot 12, Block 13;
WHEREAS, the developer of said addition is desirous of having
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of Public Works and Water Utilities
Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance
for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that
said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of
Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavements improvements
serving Caldwood Forest, Blocks 10, 11, 12 & 13. as above described, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted by the City.of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the said City.
