R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit XII,
has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement
improvements serving said addition, which streets in this addition
are as follows:
and,
Saratoga Circle from the West line of
Lot 14, Block 23 to the North line of
Lot 7, Block 23.
Hialeah Drive from the East line of Lot
7, Block 23 to the West line of Lot 1,
Block 23;
WHEREAS, the developer of said addition is desirous of having
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of Public Works and Water Utilities
Departments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance
for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that
said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of
Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEP_UMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Dowlen West Addition, Unit XII as above described, be, and the
same are hereby; accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continu-
ously maintained by the said City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
