BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be,'and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
renewal lease for a period of five (5) years with the Neches Valley
Producers Association for the operation of Farmers' Market.
