R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make
payment to Wathen, DeShong & Henderson, for special audit of Texas
State Library Grants to the City of Beaumont for the period of July
1, 1974, through August 31, 1975, in the amount of Two Hundred
Seventy -Five and No/100 ($275.00) Dollars; and to make payment for
auditing and consulting services in conjunction with the audit of
the City of Beaumont for the year ended September 30, 1975, in the
amount of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty -Five and No/100
($9,335.00) Dollars, for a total amount due to Wathen DeShong &
Henderson of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ten and No/100 ($9,610.00)
Dollars.
