WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
repair work to a 1975 Ford Police Interceptor Patrol Car, No. 1054,
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. submitted this informal bid -in
the approximate amount of One Thousand.and No/100 ($1,0.00.00) Dol-
lars for repair work to a 1975 Ford Police Interceptor Patrol Car,
No. 1054, for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the informal
bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the approximate amount of
$1,000.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate
City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said repair
work upon acceptable completion.
PASSED BY HE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
