BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be,authorized to make payment
to Underwood, Neuhaus & Company .in the amount of Twenty -Two Thou-
sand Three Hundred Seventy -Five and No/100 ($22,375.00). Dollars
for financial,advisory services rendered in connection with,the
issuance and sale of $20,000,000, City of Beaumont General Obli-
gation Bonds, Series 1975.
