BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be and he is hereby, authorized to execute a lease
contract with Mr. A. C. Carte for the operation and maintenance of
the stables at Tyrrell Park fora period of five (5) years beginning
December 1, 1975 and expiring.November 30, 1980,,at an annual rental
fee of $250.00 for the first three years, and $275.00 for the remain-
ing two years.
