R E S O L U T I O N

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue a permit to
drill and operate an oil and/or gas well to Prairie Producing
Company and ConVest Energy Corporation, subject to the pro-
vision by Prairie Producing Company and ConVest Energy Corpor-
ation of sufficient off-street parking for all vehicles used at
the drill site, said well to be located as described in the
plat attached hereto and made a partof this resolution for
all purposes; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that insurance shall be provided

the City of Beaumont as set out in the ordinances of the City
of Beaumont by Prairie Producing Company and ConVest Energy
Corporation at a minimum of Fifty Thousand and No/100
($50,000.00) Dollars per occurrence for personal injury and
property damage; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond for said oil and/or
gas well is hereby set at Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100
($25,000.00) Dollars.
